Honeymoon with the Sweetie! -Day 3

Off we head to Negari House!:D

Spoil myself and my lover with the BEST of the world premium coffee.

Well, I'm not a coffee lover but unfortunately my woman is :S Unable to digest the coffee beans, the Luwak graciously deposits them on the jungle floor where they are eagerly collected by the locals. I'm not so sure how this coffee is produced but sort of some stomach acid and enzymatic action involved in this unique fermentation process produces the beans for the world's rarest coffee beverage - satisfy coffee lovers' taste buds!

Smooth and tasty!:D

Glad that I witnessed the whole process on how a small mug of luwak coffee is produced. :)

TADAA the devine flavour of kopi luwak whheeeee!:D

Our second stop was Ubud Art Market. We didn't buy anything there but a simple window shopping with my woman made me feel so blissful. I seriously thank God for sending her into my life. :) I had a lot of fun visiting all those places with my woman, trying out some local food, frenzy pictures-taking...until I had to piss. The toilets there needed money and were very dirty. I wondered where the money went. The toilets were too dirty and smelly in which there were times I felt like vomiting and fainting inside. I just couldn't relax myself thinking of it as gross and disgusting. But I knew I had to do it. Duhhhh. :(

The fatty me and the skinny woman. LOL

After that, the guide brought us to Tegallalang Terrace Paddy Field. The narrow roads and slow traffic made me so dizzy and I slept all the way. LOL This is defo one of the must stop area while you are in Bali.

One of the best view in this beautiful Bali. :)

The beauty of nature.

Ah, the fresh air and the warm sunshine!;D

This rice terraces is really greeny beautiful and it was worth every second of traffic jam on our way there. I saw the paddy in all its majesty but too bad it wasn't the harvest time when we came. Just one word should suffice - WOW! Truly words could not describe what I saw and Thank You Bali for giving me one of the best times in my life!;)

How great it is when I could have good food while enjoying the beautiful view from the top with my woman?;)

Oh ya, there were many people selling souvenirs and handicrafts in Bali. Some were being quite pushy but I don't blame them, that's the way they make a living. But one seller had gone too far and I was really pissed off. Initially, she offered us RM2 for a pack of key chains and my woman and I were very excited choosing it. When my woman was about to pay, she asked her to pay RM16++ instead. We felt we were being fooled and cheated by her, left without any words of bargain. She then grabbed my woman's hand so hard and refused to let her go. God, her hand was red and it was very painful indeed. :/

Ah, the most exciting time for me on the third day was paying a visit to Kintamani Volcano and Batur Lake! Yeepiieeee~:D

So freezing cold there :S

The Kintamani Volcano and Batur Lake were beautifully seen due to the fine weather on the lovely day. We enjoyed our lunch at one of the local restaurants which owns a very beautiful view. We merged into our lunch at this restaurant and meanwhile enjoy the panorama. :) Well, don't expect great food at the restaurants overlooking the volcano and the lake. LOL Having the not-so-bad buffet, feeling the cold breeze with a glass of hot chocolate, enjoying the view of the magnificent volcano and the crystal clear lake, accompanying the lovely woman of mine....they just took my breathe away. Ah, Life is just simply too beautiful for me. :)

It's great to be with this soul mate of mine. :)

And on our next stop, we went to the beautiful Pura Tirta Empul which is also known as The Temple of Holy Water in Bali. The place was calm and peaceful during our visit, and not so crowded.

Ever since, for more than a thousand years, the Balinese have come to bathe in the sacred water for healing and spiritual merit.

The Holy Temple. :)

The purifying pool of Pura Tirta Empul.

I was amazed by my visit to this temple. The serenity and prayerful people at the temple made this visit a humbling experience. The bathing and blessing rituals were impressive. People confessed and cleansed themselves in the large pool of flowing spring water. Overall, it was a unique experience and I've got to get closer to Balinese culture in Bali. Though I'm not a Hindu, I felt so connected emotionally and I loved being in this soothing temple. :)

After that, we went to Goa Gajah Teample. We didn't cycle there but we walked slowly and enjoyed the beautiful view. Some bits of it made me feel like we were in the park or garden. LOL There was a beautiful exotic garden, a little paddy field and a pond. I didn't really know the amazing history behind this temple but I did enjoy myself there.

It's well worth a visit. :)

Nice cave. :)

So we had our dinner after the temples session, did some last minute shopping, and went back to pack and rest. It was a great night filled with laughter and gossips despite of the so so dinner.

Couple Addidas shirts from Germany given by the woman. :)

The crispy fine bones.

Since it was our last dinner in Bali, we wanted some real good and authentic Indonesian food. This restaurant named Ayam Tulang Lunak Malioboro is quite popular among the tourists and it is specialized in Ayam Tulang Lunak. The fried chicken using pressurized cooking method, deep fried till very crispy and tender even the bone can be eaten like crackers. The restaurant is big and air conditioned, clean with simple interior design.

Bean curd omelette topped with sweet peanut sauce. :)

Well, I didn't really enjoy this last meal but at least I tried the famous food in Bali. To me, the food wasn't as delicious as expected, instead it was too sweet and weird. :(

Off we went for our last night in Kuta Beach!:D

My sweetie and I queued up for more than 30 mins in Mcd to buy a set of Mcvalue dinner for the driver of the day - Mr Mardi. Pity him drove us here and there the whole day for our day tour trip. My forever kind-hearted sweetie never failed to make people feel loved and happy. :) Actually the tour guides in Bali could hardly make a living, they earn so little and I supposed the money isn't enough for three proper meals a day. :(

Lovely swans made by the sweet housekeeper named Ketut. ;D

When we got back to our rooms, I was so surprised there were two lovely swans and a love on the bed with a note left by the housekeeper for us. He did it on his own using towels in the room. So sweet of him!:*) He made me to love this homely Bali even more. I wrote back a note to him and hopefully he gets to see it. And we were having a really hard time in the room because we had no more towels to use. LOL My woman wasn't allowed to touch the swans and the love, she was about to call for service to send us extra towels. I gave in finally and we used the full-of-love towels on the night. Heart melted when I used the towel. Though he's a stranger to me, he left a beautiful footprint in my heart. :)

Had a great night with my woman. It was a simple night but it was a great one. Heart felt so warmed and I appreciated whatever I have come across in my life. Lesson learned - No matter how much a person means to you, treat everybody like your own friends, make them smile and happy. A small action from you can make a really big difference. Make a better world! :)

Had so much fun with this sweetie of mine, with both tears and laughter.

 # Nothing is sweeter than the togetherness we share # :*)
